Blue-eyed chrysanthemum is sown in spring from March to May and in autumn from September to October. The germination temperature of blue chrysanthemum seeds is between 18℃-20℃.

1. Seed treatment
The seed shell of blue-eye chrysanthemum is hard and thick. Soaking it before sowing can greatly improve the germination rate and speed up the germination.
2. Nursery soil
The soil for sowing can be mixed with peat + perlite in a certain proportion and the humidity is suitable. When loading soil, compact the soil below slightly to prevent the soil from loosening when transplanting seedlings later.
3. Germination
Use paper towels for germination. Spray wet paper towels and place them on a small plate, cover them with a plastic bag to keep them moisturized, and place them in a cool place to accelerate germination. To prevent mildew, low-concentration potassium permanganate water can be used.
4. Sowing
The seeds can be sown when they turn white. Gently take out the seeds and sow them into the seedling pot. First make a small hole in the middle of the seedling pot, then put the seeds in, lightly cover with fine soil, then cover with a thin layer of vermiculite, and spray to moisturize. Try to use one seedling per pot in small pots to facilitate transplanting.
