Aster Tall Peony / Duchess Flowers Blend it's an annual plant 60-80 cm tall. A mix of colors with beautiful, full, variegated flowers. It blooms from July to October. Used for cut flowers, edges, borders and flowerbeds. Sowing in March-April to a heated hotbed or directly into the ground in April-May. Requires a sunny position, moderately moist, fertile soil.
Peony chrysanthemum planting methods and maintenance methods:
1. Water frequently during the vigorous growth period to keep the soil moist, but avoid water accumulation. If the temperature and humidity are high, it will easily cause the plants to grow elongated, yellow leaves and stem base rot.
2. Apply thin fertilizer frequently before flowering, and apply fertilizer once after flowering.
3. During the high temperature season in summer, when the plants go dormant, the roots can be dug up, mixed with sand, and stored in a dry and ventilated place until autumn cultivation.
4. Protection from cold is required when the temperature is below 5 degrees Celsius.
5. Use pottery pots with a diameter of 18 to 20 cm, and use mixed loam.
